If you are not completely satisfied with the extent of cover provided by your Explorersafe policy, you may cancel this policy.
If you cancel within 14 days of the policy being issued, you will be given a full refund of the premium provided you have not started your journey and do not wish to make a claim. After the 14 day cooling-off period no refund will be due.
